Steph is founder and partner of Cinq Partners, a communication design firm formed in 2008 offering branding and visual marketing solutions designed to assist and successfully position your business within targeted markets. Known for his distinguished Texas draw, high energy, and exceptional abilities in concept development and practicality, Steph has earned a reputation of pushing ideas beyond the status quo and attaining successful results for the clients he serves.

Client projects include support of research and development, advertising and marketing, business-to-business communication, community and public relations, and various other media. Organizations he has served include Sodexo Health, Uniformed Services University, Center for Prostate Disease Research, and Airman Magazine.

Steph started his design career as a sign painter for Young Electric Sign Company in the summer of 1978 and he has experienced a rewarding career illustrating and designing products for a diverse range of clientele ever since.

Steph has received numerous design awards to include Texas Katie Awards of Excellence for publication design and illustration categories. His thoughts and design work have been published in publications such as No-Spec!, DG USA, and LogoLounge 5. He is an active member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), The Greater Frederick Advertising Federation (GFAF), and The Air Force Art Program Society of Illustrators.
