Marketing Manager at TALENTKAPITAL
Ukraine
I am alumna of one of the biggest international organizations AIESEC, where I had been working for 4 years in marketing and PR, developing organization brand in AIESEC in Ukraine National Branding Team, and leading the local representative office of AIESEC in Lviv as a president.
Having graduated from Lviv National Ivan Franko University with the major of translation studies and linguistics, I was teaching Business English and Business Communication on internship in Czech University of Life Sciences in the end of 2007. In 2008 I worked as official representative in Kyiv and afterwards - international relations director of HRFORUM (leading company in the sphere of HR event management in Ukraine).
I have always devoted a big part of my life volunteering and helping within social projects and organizations - working a trainer, project manager and team leader in various non-governmental organizations such as Youth CAN and FLEX Alumni Association. I am also highly interested in the spheres of marketing and social media. The last interest was also supported with my work as a core organizing team member of BlogcampCEE 2008 - international a three-day conference in Kyiv, which gathered over 800 new media specialists, bloggers, start-upers and investors from Central and Eastern Europe.
At the moment I am communications manager at TALENTKAPITAL, a dynamic and energetic company, striving to identify and develop talents within and outside Ukrainian companies.
