    Joined Extech as their most junior level recruiter ; a raw Trainee. Within 6 months, I made Consultant and went on to double my revenue year on year to become the highest billing consultant for my remaining years of employment. I parted company as a 'Principal Consultant' and their most successful Account Manager to date, primarily working the SME and Corporate Enterprise IT markets.
    I learned my trade entirely by grafting and making mistakes. All Extech consultants were entirely responsible for Lead Generation, Business Development and subsequent Account Opening and Management, Retention and Consulting. Individual responsibility for 'cradle to grave' (advertising, admin, resourcing, interviewing, submittals, hand holding and after sales). I value the time spent at Extech and believe it made me a well rounded Recruiter. From what I understand, a rare breed now. Extech consultants possess mass experience of managing the complete recruitment life cycle.

All martial arts, particularly Kung Fu. Studying the Kung Fu style "Wing Chun", invented by a woman - made famous by Bruce Lee & Yip Man. Other interests include : Ski-ing, Badminton, Squash, Psychology, I.T. & Associated Technologies; Storage, Virtualisation & Security in particular. From my earlier years in recruitment 'CRM & Telecoms' in General.
