Two of his notable achievements were - selling the first corporate MPLS network with Managed Internet in Ireland, for which Declan won the coveted Solutions Manager of the year award in 2004. And becoming 352 Media Groups Highest Grossing Sales Person in 2007.

As of April 09, Declan is the owner of O'Neill Creative Agency. Declan helps new businesses make the transition to the web and more established companies define their web presence by offering tailored web solutions.
