Nowdays I support our businesses move to a distributive development model by helping Microsoft's strategic international development centres: Boston, Denmark, Ireland, Israel, India and China, to improve their sourcing strategies. Of particular interest to me is supporting sourcing initiatives that will drive experienced core-tech candidates to each of the development centres, up-skilling the local recruitment team with sourcing training sessions, identifying opportunities for shared information flows and running joint marketing initiatives.
