I am known as a passionate, driven and competitive entrepreneur with skills as diverse as my experiences. I am driven by a deep desire to be known as the subject matter expert of whatever business or industry I am involved in. A strong work ethic keeps me on the cutting edge and provides the opportunity to make a positive impact in my life and the lives of others around me.

Prior to founding theTRAFFICplan, I acquired a Mortgage Bank which was about to enter into bankrutpcy; Aclarian Mortgage. After facilitating a turn-around and growing operations, Aclarian was acquired by a publicly traded REIT ~ Opteum Inc. (formerly known as OPX: NYSE), now known as Opteum Mortgage.

Before that, I held the position of CFO for a BPM software company, Q-Link Tech. Co-lead an effort to raise $8mm in VC financing sustaining company efforts until an eventual sale to Adobe Systems for $20mm; returning all capital invested with a deserving ROI to investors and founders.

As a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers I have participated in the following IPOs and Secondary Market Offerings:

- Microfinancial Leasing (MFI: NYSE)
- Switchboard.com (SWBD: No longer listed)
- Affiliated Managers Group (AMG: NYSE); secondary offering

In early 2004, I helped co-found an Alliance within our regional business community leading to the early stages of a new Chamber of Commerce (www.lwrba.org)

Through the acquisition and development of its geo-targeted domain network, these domains, once acquired by Typed-In, are subsequently monetized by bridging the advertiser to the local consumer.

    A geo-targeted domain name answers the question of what (product/service) & where (location); for example, consumers searching on the internet for a particular product or service in their local market may type the following in their browser; LAWYERPORTLAND.COM, DIVORCEATTORNEYBOSTON.COM, PLUMBERLASVEGAS.COM, DOCTORSANFRANCISCO.COM, etc.

    Consumers searching locally are a very high quality lead for a business, typically converting 250% more often than conventional leads for a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising.
