After years of experience in the personnel management and medical fields and as an executive assistant to a State Senator,my passion is working with people. My favorite responsibility as an Operations Manager in the medical practice was motivating and encouraging our team members.
Our daily lives have become so hectic that it takes a road map, strategic plan and a to-do list to get through each day. My talents and time are now brought to you. Career families are working longer hours, making less money and experiencing a decrease in discretionary time for family and relaxation. Yours, Mine and Hours is able to provide that extra pair of hands when you need them. No payroll taxes, no salary, no benefits and no employee hassles. We provide personal assistant services to numerous small business owners in the area. They do what they WANT to do, while I take care of administrative tasks and the jobs they HAVE to do. Memberships are available, all including service hours at a 20% discount. An la carte service fee is also available with a minimum of one hour. Our services are pre-paid and regular clients are invoiced based on their monthly business level fee schedule.

I worked closely with the members of the Chamber and recruited new members for the excellent networking opportunity which the Chamber offered. Tons of events and the chance to meet terrific area business people. The Chamber is now the Penn Suburban Chamber and has grown by leaps and bounds as its area has expanded. My responsbilities included supervision and management of computerized medical records, office equipment, procedures, human resources, patient scheduling, marketing, administration, etc. It was the all-encompassing always responsible position. Duties also included office design and satellite office management.
