Deborah (Debi) Frausto’s Summary

Throughout my 20+year career in commercial real estate development, I find the most successful projects connect design, marketing and financial goals early in a project's development.

For the past four years, my consulting work uses a charrette environment to help multi-disciplined teams hone in quickly on core issues. I believe in studying both the details and the whole simultaneously and testing feasibility in measured outcomes. My training with the National Charrette Institute helps structure those conversations allowing teams to work collaboratively and design cross-functionally. I am a collaborator by nature and believe in getting to the best ideas no matter where they come from. I am also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.

My clients include:

Seattle Storm
Women's Basketball Club of Seattle

Seattle Civic Center
TriadDevelopment/Foster+Partners Architects

Ballard Sunset Bowl Redevelopment
Avalon Bay/Ankrom Moison Architects

Koguma LLC/Seattle

Waterview Crossing/Des Moines
SSI Pacific Place/Ankrom Moison Architects

989 Elements/Bellevue Plaza
Su Development/various architects
