My clients are entrepreneurial leaders of small- to mid-caps /start-ups, heads of enlightened Fortune companies, or rising stars targeting the C-suite, and they are fascinating to me!
They are not interested in the status-quo and they haven't allowed the personality and passion to be sucked out of them by the demands of work. I help them stop, take a breath, figure out why they tick and how that translates into success -- and then help make them even more successful.
It’s an intense (but FUN) process, so I can work with just 2-3 clients each month doing in depth C-level personal branding, resume, and career momentum projects (that extend for upwards of 4 months). My most recent clients landed in record time, and with an average 25-50% bump in compensation.
A while back I took a fun political quiz that pegged me as a "liberal leaning libertarian" and that contrarian description seems to fit my "profit with a purpose" vision. My unabashedly idealistic (and practical) mantra? "Changing the world one executive at a time!"

On a hot summer's day in July 2009, around a table overlooking the beautiful mountains surrounding Wendy Enelow's 35-acre farm in Virginia, 11 career innovators gathered for a two-day summit and became the Career Thought Leader's Consortium.
