I started my legal career in the US in the mid-90's as a paralegal where I gained experience with large litigation matters for an AMLaw 100 firm. My love of all things technical led me to computer programming classes and development of software to simplify creation of legal documents using existing client, case and court data in databases.

After moving into the litigation support field I was promoted to the first National Litigation Support Team Leader for a large Canadian law firm. I headed up the development of their in-house litigation support services and was actively involved in complex eDiscovery matters across the country.

I hold a number of certifications in both the IT and litigation support fields, including CCE, LAW, Concordance, Summation, CaseMap and Timemap certifications, as well as the CompTIA A+ certification.

Through my business, InTechGration, I offered legal-specific training, litigation support workflow design and department set-up and management, drafting of RFP’s and litigation readiness plans, as well as project management for ediscovery cases.

While at Ogletree Deakins, I held the position of Litigation Support Operations Manager, managing a centralized team of eDiscovery analysts and specialists for the entire firm.
