CoachesVA has been set up with my business partner and I as a niche business to assist coaches, mentors and speakers etc.
Colleen and I found a passion in working with this industry and decided we would create a website and business that services that industry directly.
We offer a range of services from Personal PA type roles, to bookkeeping, website design and maintenance, copywriting services, logo and creative work, proofreading, formatting of documents, ezines, diary and email management etc.
The business is brand new and I am very, very excited to be launching it very soon. All comments and feedback welcome.

This company was actually a manufacturing company - we printed onto the packaging but we following the Food Laws in regards to hygiene and OH&S etc.
My position was responsible to the General Manager of the company as well as the 8 managers with direct responsibility to 2 to 3 of these managers (the others self-sufficient or didn't have much in the way of secretarial / admin work to do).
As well as the PA role to the GM and 8 managers, I also held the position of Office Administrator and this position was responsible for maintaining the company cars, mobile phones and all the general requirements of the office (normal phones etc). It was a very busy company and my role was particulalry busy and so I delegated some of my general tasks to the receptionist.
