I re-architected, implemented, and managed the rapid growth of our production eCommerce data network; Growing it from $1.5M/mo in revenue to $8M/mo in revenue and from 56Mbps of capacity to 1Gbps capacity.

    I conceived, launched, and managed an Internet search engine optimization (SEO) marketing service, HitWerks.com, that grew to $5M in annual revenue in 3 years. The development of this in-house marketing capability was a key element in the ability of the owners to reach their liquidity event by selling to a publicly- traded media company in October 1999.

    Other projects of note are a global payment processing system. Scaled to handle $10m/month in transaction revenue,a 100Tb Media Asset Management system, and a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) optimized for Video distribution.

    In 1996-97 I worked with the Ho Family, the leading gem manufacturing family, in Bangkok to develop the strategic financing and development plan for Mekong Media Park, Bangkok Thailand.

    As the Internet wave arrived in Los Angeles I reoriented my practice to new media strategy development and worked with many startup entrepreneurs and not-for-profit community projects. Two of the most meaningful engagements were the “LA Culture Net”, a community arts and internet initiative of the Getty Museum and designing a national low-income housing community learning center deployment and operations plan for BreakAway.org a South Central LA technology empowerment center.
