Responsible for maintaining payroll records, performance metrics relating to agent performance and client performance, scheduling, security access, and various projects as they present themselves. Additional duties were as second level support for first-level agents and coordinating new client implementations in a multi-client queue. Prior to taking my last position (July 2003), I was a phone representative providing helpdesk support for a large insurance company. In this position I was recognized by being the primary agent responsible for training new agents, and developed a comprehensive training regimen.

Originally hired for phone based support, as of December 1998 I was responsible for e-mail support, responding both to home users and corporate customers. The last year of my employment at Dell, I was one of a small number of agents who moderated the Dell Talk on-line support forums, providing very public daily direct communication to a large number of users regarding technical support questions. Additional responsibilities included technical writing review for articles to be included in Dell's on-line knowledge base.
