*Profit and loss responsibility for the entire professional services/product development practice
*Managed several concurrent product development projects for large, high-visibility clients
*Defined and enforced corporate software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices such as build/release, project methodologies and code quality standards.
*Trained and certified staff in both Microsoft Technologies (.NET / SQL Server) as well as PHP, Java and MySQL
