My work in education and the visual communications industry has spanned over 20 years. During that time I directed, managed and executed a number of projects for companies and organizations including: Design, illustration, web development, photography & videoography, education & training, and the development of marketing approaches. This entailed directing, managing, designing and executing projects including signage, publications, logos, outdoor, and web. I have managed a Technology Enhanced Classroom Support Program at a university, currently direct the instructional design at Tiffin University, and continue as an instructional design and multimedia consultant for Vizul Multimedia.
My research interests include ubiquitous computing, or the use of portable devices that can be used for education anytime or anywhere the learner goes. I have a passion for creating learning environments and tools that meet learners varied learning styles.

Brought in as a consultant to design and create tutorials for Fair Use Copyright law and their Web CT LMS. I created over 20 tutorials on Web CT to instruct faculty on it's use. In addition I conducted research on Fair Use Copyright law to create university policy and developed an interactive tutorial, also for faculty. This tutorial pertained specifically to use of images, video, and audio in blended and online classes.
