Application development: Developed several web based applications for the UCR Libraries including: a content management system, supply ordering system, inventory database, sing-leaf registry, statistical analysis tools, work ticket database, student job application, Knowledge Database, workshop signup and scheduling systems, conference registration form, various online forms, user interface design for iVia/INFOMINE, and graphical design. Train staff and prioritize feature requests for existing applications.
System administration: Provide technical support for staff (help desk), deploying software, installing and troubleshooting software applications, and deploying systems. Design, develop, and maintain the Innovative Interfaces WebOpac (Library Catalog Web Interface).
In-House Trainer: Provide training to staff on various applications such as Oracle Calendar, our content management system, Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools, Macromedia Flash, and Microsoft Office Products.
