Providing a full recruitment service including RPO to customers on an International basis. Recruiting a variety of skills, but usually working on a given role and then "go and get" that person. The team we have at Radical are excellent at search and selection and have placed candidates in the UK, USA, Dubai and Europe. We have also built upon our recruitment service to offer clients a HR solution and consultancy service. We will take on a role as a "Recruitment Manager" for a company and have dedicated numbers and work AS that company. 2007 saw Radical launch a training service to all customers. Training packages can be developed and delivered tailor made to customers requirements. Because we are an Independant Company, we are able to adapt and change to fit our customers. Our aim is to be proactive in sourcing high calibre candidates that fit the company both in skills and personality!
