Working directly in New Media since 1999, I started making radio programmes about the internet (from a user perspective rather than technical) almost 10 years ago. With 22 years in the BBC and almost 30 in broadcasting in total, I've covered a lot of editorial territory; championing new bands in the late '70s on Downtown radio, producing UK wide campaigns to an audience of 19 million at Radio 1, leading the team at bbc.co.uk/northernireland.
In radio, I've devised and led campaigns for Radio 1, produced documentaries for Radio 4, produced music and documentaries for Radio 2 and even presented on Radio 5 (pre-5Live). Most of my time in BBC has been as a producer on Radio Ulster where I have produced a range of content from international news and current affairs to travel to religion to social affairs to music.
I don't know where to start..... from audio editing to OB production to writing promos to writing HTML
