Davyd is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer and has worked for a range of borrowers, lenders and insolvency practitioners to rehabilitate and rescue distressed companies for the benefit of all stakeholders and the community as a whole.
In addition, Davyd also has experience in contentious commercial dispute resolution including:
• seeking and defending winding up applications;
• advising on administrations, receiverships and liquidations;
• commercial contract disputes;
• secured and unsecured recoveries.

Davyd is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and is a full member of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of Australia.
Davyd is a former Chairman of the NSW Young Lawyers Civil Litigation Committee, an executive councillor of that organisation. He has also sat on the NSW Law Society's Litigation Law and Practice Committee (2006 - 7) and Human Rights Committee (2005).
He was a volunteer solicitor at the Inner City Legal Centre and does book reviews for the LIJ and LSJ.
