User Experience Manager at Covenant Eyes
Lansing, Michigan Area
I've been producing websites since 1994-95—full-time since 1998.
The longer I work in this field, the more I realize how often and how deeply our work reaches into so many other areas of business: customer service, marketing, product development, executive strategy.
These days I focus on learning and doing design research, designing whole-cycle user experiences, and turning that work into applications that innovate the customer's experience well past our current status quo.
