David Middleton’s Summary

I have been involved in educational technology since 2001, and have held various positions in differing levels of responsibility over that time. My particular interest has been the creative and purposeful application of technology to create new and innovative teaching, learning and living opportunities for students and faculty across higher education. I have had the opportunity to work with many talented people from a large number of organizations, and as a result I have a broad spectrum of experience with technology, from Learning Management Systems to Enterprise Resources Systems, from desktop and web Application Development, to Mobile device development and strategy.

I have thrived in situations in which I am challenged to identify creative and unique solutions that enhance the mission of the institution, and I have the necessary skills and experience to be successful creating, developing or managing an IT organization that is state of the art, and can affect positive change in the manner in which teaching, learning and the collegiate environment can excel
