The books that I find myself digging into late at night are "The World is Flat' ( I highly recommend this one), and "The Six Sigma." One of my recent favorites was "The Tipping Point"....I would read that one and/or Freakenomics... When it comes to the research that I do for the radio show and or the RE business in general, I would read the Rich Dad Poor Dad's for beginner investors and I would read Tom Hopkins Mastering the Art of Selling Real Estate for RE professionals looking for a better customer experience guide. My interest are limited....nothing traditionally fun. I will read and/or explore any potential marketing information or investment strategy and then run out to one of my BLOGS and try to share my insight on it. This may be a fault or it may be online with the NEW information age buyers who are looking for people like me to read the dry material and pass along the high points. IF so then I am happy to oblige.....
