STRATMARK - Applied Strategic Management

STRATMARK addresses all your issues. We provide not only strategy, but on-site actions that deliver measurable, tangible results within a market-driven context.

Assessment - How to Capitalize on Your Opportunities and Overcome Your Obstacles?
The corporate life cycle, much like the human life cycle, features periods of birth, growth, maturity, and decline. Challenges change quickly and differ greatly between each phase. Sometimes, you have total control over a situation, sometimes not. Because we have been in your shoes before, StratmarkIntegra quickly assesses your situation and guides you surely and efficiently.

Action - No Impressive (but useless) Reports; Only Action and Concrete Results
Our approach is based on action. We acquired our expertise through experience, not just theory. We know how to advise and, more importantly, we know how to perform. We are quick, practical and focused on obtaining measurable results rather than on producing thick reports that just tell you what you already know.

Involvement - An Experienced Team that Will Get You Back on Track
Our strategy consists in implementing the proven business practices and winning attitudes we've adapted from some of the best-managed corporations in the world. To do this, we get involved, redefining your goals, participating in your efforts, and sharing in both your risk and your success.

Intervention - We Lead Your Special Projects from Start to Finish
STRATMARK’s involvement is in operations that go beyond the normal scope of your company's management. Our turnkey approach ensures that your managers can continue concentrating on their regular work while we bring to fruition the strategy, planning, negotiations, execution, and follow-up of key projects such as growth, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, funding, and developing international markets.
