David S. Williams III’s Summary

David's roots are in entrepreneurship. He has founded two successful consulting companies focused on fund raising--one for non-profits (featured in Black Enterprise in 2003) and the other for startups looking for venture funding (helped companies raise in excess of $25 million). His current ventures include PatientsLikeMe and SpringRaise.

David also currently sits on the Board of Directors of Windhawk Inc., a specialty training and neutraceuticals company. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at UCLA.

David earned his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA with emphasis in Digital Strategy and a certificate in Corporate Governance from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management.
