I have run technical trade publications as a senior-level editor for over 20 years, including being the editor-in-chief of Tom's Hardware, the founding editor-in-chief of CMP's Network Computing magazine and part of the launch team of PC Week's Connectivity section. Frequent and experienced public speaker, have been on numerous nationwide radio and TV interview programs. In my current capacity I am a freelance writer for a number of publications covering OEM/electronics, IT, channel/reseller, enthusiast/consumer, and networking technologies at CMP, IDG, Ziff-Davis, Techtarget, Jupitermedia and other companies.I also contribute articles to the New York Times about technologies.
I am a professional speaker and have given keynotes and workshops on various technology-oriented subjects at meetings around the world.
