I have been working in the IT industry for over 10 years, from the bottom rung upwards. I've been a Windows tech support, a webmaster, a technical documentation writer, a game musician, a freelance programmer and finally feel at home working as a Unix admin, with a sprinkling of development work. My real interest is in using technology to allow communication and dialogue, and how you can apply technological solutions to real problems in society.
