Working at WDRL-DT 24 IND, the only locally owned and operated full power television station, here in the Roanoke-Lynchburg Market(68) DMA has been a great experience, with multiple challenges on a daily basis.
Feeling I rise to the challenge everyday, with my experience in the various jobs in the TV industry, and completing each one on a continuting basis.

Operations/Program/Engineering/Marketing Manager and Sales Executive
-Successfully conducts National paid program, local ad, and TV Outreach Ministry sales.
-Obtains on air programming through National Syndicators, Independant and local producers by negotiation. Placing the programs on the air in the time periods which produced the most viewers.
-Responsible for all operations at the station relating to programs and engineering including satellite coordination.
-Supervise, provide training and on-going guidance to employees regarding FCC regulations and executive management policies, including filing of written reports to the FCC as required.
-Master Control Supervisor, responsible for scheduling, training, and maintaining established policies.
-Responsible for repair and maintenance on all computers and computer systems including commercial playback, and non linear editing suites. Most recently installed an automation system for program/commercial playback without tech support from company.
-Proficient in various types of inside and outside productions, specifically: commercials, promotions, studio long form programs, high school/college sports and other multi-camera special events. Responsibilities include equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, directing, media staff supervision, and final product editing.

-Managed a four building, 300 room living facility for military
and civilian personnel.
-took charge of and completed 12 stalled military housing
improvement projects
-planned and presented three major housing renovations to
command senior personnel which were approved for funding
-Implemented equipment inventory control to 98% accuracy saving
approximately $100,000 in misplaced items.
-Created a self-help team to complete minor base facility repairs saving approximately $50,000 in labor costs.
