I am a solo practitioner located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but am able to meet clients throughout the South Florida area, and depending on the circumstances, throughout the state. My practice is dedicated solely to estate planning and administration, tax planning, and asset protection.

My prior work experience was with the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC, where I drafted regulations, revenue rulings, revenue procedures, and private letter rulings. In addition, I have worked in a large South Florida firm, where I drafted numerous, wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, and other estate planning documents.

I believe that in the coming years that clients are going to expect their attorneys to provide them with legal services better, faster, and cheaper, and that the proper use of technology in the law office is the best way to serve our clients.
