Typically, I am contacted when my clients are faced with either a technical challenge or a large order requiring a quick turnaround.

A typical example would be getting an authored CD produced, copied and packaged to hand out to registrants at an upcoming conference. Such a disc might contain an easily naviagable interface to access background and documents for all the conference speakers, along with a review of the organization's media campaigns over the past year.
