David Rich began his career in the executive training program at May Department Stores. In 1994, he left that program to start DemoWorks Inc, an in-store marketing company. After growing that business by over 500% he sold it in order to devote his energies to a new business and his current company, the internationally recognized customer experience management firm, ICC/Decision Services. ICC/Decision Services counts among its clients Walmart, Rite-Aid, Coach, Foot Locker, LL Bean, Adidas, and Jamba Juice.
For the past decade, David has continued to expand ICC/Decision Services, harnessing the power of social media and the web to helps retailers as well as brands meet and exceed customer expectations.
David has contributed articles to or been cited professionally in Smart Money, Progressive Grocer, Fortune, Food Trade News, Quirk’s, Store’s and Inc Magazines. He is a past president of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) and an active member in National Association of Retail Marketing Services.
David also dedicates time to several philanthropies, having served on the board of Achilles International and the Makers of Memories Foundation. He is also an active member of the Sarcoma Foundation of America, Alzheimers Association, and The Childrens Miracle Network.
