  I created the ISCHS internet site - http://www.ischs.org.au – including writing the content, creating the graphic design, creating and coding the structure using DotNetNuke. Since its launch traffic to the website has increased by over 500%.
  
  I created a web-based internal phone directory. This tool saves ISCHS over $1,000,000 every year. A version of the tool can be purchased from http://www.webgeneration.com.au
  
  I created a web-based in/out board which allowed staff to indicate whether they were in or out the building.
  
  I created a web-based services directory to display ISCHS' services allowing every manager to update and display their own services.
  
  I am working with senior practitioner to create a DVD describing ISCHS’ services in various languages such as Russian, Polish and Indigenous pidgin.
  
  I increased the computer skills across the organisation through creating and carrying out presentations, one-on-one training, question and answer sessions and online movies.
