    Responsible for Polycom’s $100 Million Video Network Infrastructure Products, with 130 engineering, test and product management people in my organization in the US and Israel. Previously, had P&L responsibility for Polycom’s Software Products, through a 50 person engineering, test and product management team in the US and Israel. Exceeded all financial targets.
