Led the team of local and remote QA engineers that designed and developed version 1.0 of QuickBooks Customer Manager. Coordinated testing efforts, managed communication with development engineers and wrote and executed test plans.
Senior QA Engineer for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. Co-led small team that created the first version of QuickBooks Enterprise. Responsible for expanded permissions that covered all features across the whole of the QuickBooks product. Documented test strategy and all test cases.

Domain expert for many features including reports, reconcile, online invoicing, fax integration, and Excel integration. Represented QA during code review sessions with development engineers.
