The company is owned and run by a team of individuals who share a considerable amount of experience in building and leading international e-commerce and IT companies, as well as a solid background in working within the restaurant industry. Based in London, with offices in Hamburg, Stockholm and Madrid, and operating in 10 countries the company's core activity is to deliver online marketing services to restaurants by enabling online bookings, both through the restaurant's own website and through a global distribution network of partners. In February 2008, the company secured second round funding of £6.5m from Balderton Capital.
