I consult in three areas: Corporate Real Estate Benefits, Residential Brokerage and Property Management.
Corporate Real Estate Benefits: This part of the business attracts companies looking for ways to leverage their benefits package against the negative effects of the economy in a way that doesn't cost them anymore money. Layoffs, eliminated bonuses, and slashed raises are only some of the motivators. Community recognition, improved retention, an edge in recruiting and enhanced employer-employee relationships are some of the other factors driving this paradigm shift. Like a doctor in your medical package, I'm the expert in your real estate package.
Residential Brokerage: I do work with First-Time Homebuyers in addition to a main cadre of experienced buyers and sellers. I work all over Charlotte and have specialized knowledge of the University City area. In addition, I have worked with clients in South Charlotte, Mint Hill/Matthews/Union County and Center City. My clients are often concerned with protecting their interests, pricing their home right, getting someone to stay on top of the details, and not paying too much.
Property Management: My clients include homeowners and investors who are frustrated that their home did not sell and need an alternative way to get from under the mortgage, stressed about losing control over the property because they live too far away, or even some who have so many investments their whole weekend is wasted from running around to each property. I also work with individuals and families that are looking to rent - newcomers to the city, people downsizing and/or rebuilding credit.
Frankly, I don't know if you're happy with what's going on with your real estate portfolio now, but, if you think it could be better we should talk. I understand that clients expect information about the community, an agent to "fit" with, informed guidance in selling or buying, advice during negotiations, an advocate, and maybe most importantly, someone to look out for their best interests. Admittedly, doing these things don't make me any better than the next above-average agent, however, they may make me a better fit for Y-O-U.
