David's experience previous to Spin Master includes producing RTS and RPG games for Activision; leading the "Heroes of Might & Magic" development team for The 3DO Company; designing and producing "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream" with author Harlan Ellison for Cyberdreams; producing children's and action games for The Walt Disney Company; and creating some of the first adventure, RPG and simulation games for the Apple II, most notably the cult classic game "The Prisoner."

He has lectured at the annual Game Developer's Conference on game design, game production, virtual worlds and developing games based on licensed properties.
