Internationally experienced in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, North Africa & Asia in both operations and development, he is equally comfortable in the design & conceptualisation of new projects, managing new-builds and openings, financial turnarounds, asset management, brand repositioning and multi unit/multi brand management. Comfortable in both French and Spanish, McMillan carries both a British (EU) and a Canadian passport.
Currently leading a focused group of international engineers, architects and specialists toward 'turnkey' hotel & resort projects of all sizes and in all areas..
