I have been involved with developing and supporting Internet services since 1998. My experience ranges from end-user help through supporting IP networks, DOCSIS devices, and SONET, ATM, and DWDM optical networking.

My technical articles have been published on Linux.com and TechBuilder.org. I was also a technical reviewer for O'Reilly & Associates' "802.11 Security."
