I have over 17 years experience developing web sites, web applications, game development, usability consulting, usability testing, CD ROM Application design, Flash, GIF and Director animations, package designs, in-store displays, book designs, mailers, logos, newspapers, and advertisements for newsprint, magazines, and multimedia.
I have worked in the publishing, game design, internet and print fields for various companies.

As the liaison between internal and external business areas, I am responsible for translating the New York Life brand to make current web applications and existing sites more usable, and to apply my human factors and web experience to new project development.
Projects of note include developing a customer access view of all New York Life policies, creating a usable front end interface (on an SAP back end) for employee benefits enrollment in conjunction with IBM, and developing an application service template to decrease the time to market for future web applications.
My duties also include overseeing and mentoring 3 usability professionals, refining existing information architectures, running usability tests, and documentation.

In conjunction with Pearson Television and other partners I was in charge of developing the creative and strategic direction of games, promotions, and online community. In particular I was responsible for developing the television property "To Tell the Truth" for an online market to coincide with the TV launch.
