I think the internet, social, and mobile have given us a myriad of smarter ways to sell products and services, and that we have not scratched the surface of what is possible.
Yelp is clearly a better version of the Yellow Pages, but the Yellow Pages will still be around for a long time, and there are an endless amount of less obvious opportunities to fix archaic sales chains. It's this type of opportunity that I love.

Ended abruptly with the internet gambling act of 2006.
