    Created and deployed processes to improve operation readiness. This included the operational procedure process improvement for EDS KF in Stockholm. This led to a substantial improvement in the systems uptime of systems which in turn improved KF’s ability to plan, order and deliver perishable food items to its member stores.

    Supported Sales Account Managers in sales development. This included the re-packaging and delivery of a three million dollar per year manufacturing support services contract.
