As President of Gilman Performance Systems, Inc., I bring over 25 years of learning and development experience to our clients. As previous Training Manager at Salomon Brothers, Prudential Relocation, and GE, I have learned the most effective ways to help others communicate with clients, employees, and within teams. GPS shares this knowledge with every client through individualized programs that help them achieve greater success.
I always strive for a professional atmosphere while ensuring an engaging environment. Each of our trainers and facilitators has more than 20 years of experience and know how to truly inspire those they are working with. The GPS advantage is our true ability to cater and customize to our clients specific needs. This adds a personal touch to our workshops, maximizing the potential of each session.
Our Teambuilding and Team Effectiveness sessions create an unbeatable return as they have proven to strengthen communication and increase productivity within work groups. As I have always been a believer in giving back to the community, we consistently do so through creative team activities. At GPS, we offer charity based team building workshops in which participants create and donate children’s bikes or teddy bears, and contribute thousands of food pantry items for local food banks.
Our passion for our work has allowed us over 150 repeat clients! Some of these clients include: American Express, GE, Pfizer, Bayer, HSBC, Boehringer Ingelheim, Varian, RBS, UBS, Becton Dickinson, and many more.

As President of GPS, some highlights of my 25-year history include:
• Facilitated 6 consecutive years of National Sales meetings for one client, allowing them to increase skills and motivation to help gain market share.
• In looking for what works specifically for each client, we have customized over 200 training programs, 50 survey instruments, and 25 competency models making our programs more successful and readily applied.
• Our 150 repeat clients are a true indicator of client loyalty and satisfaction. Many clients have chosen to use GPS for over 10 different services.
Authored a chapter on versatility for interpersonal success in, “GPS For Success”, also featuring a chapter by Stephen Covey.
