Healthcare IT and Enterprise Content Management Sales, Marketing, and Implementation Professional
Kansas City, Missouri Area
Extensive experience in revenue cycle management and EHR sales, sales management, marketing, and implementation in standalone and hospital-based practices and surgery centers. My combination of healthcare IT sales, implementation, and product experience allows me to develop solutions in even the most complex environments.
My sales experience is highlighted by two years managing an indirect sales channel responsible for 20% of the company's annual revenue. In 2008, I closed Eclipsys Practice Solutions' largest contract in history ($577,000 TCV, approximately 3 times its previous largest contract). During my time on the Eclipsys direct sales team I led the team in number of closed contracts.
Prior to sales, I implemented EHR at 60+ ambulatory practices ranging from 4-120 employees, conducted 11 regional software training seminars for groups of 6-16, presented multiple seminars at four VAR conferences for groups of 20-60, and certified 170 reseller and internal employees to implement EHR through our implementation certification training program. I've implemented ambulatory EMR in 18 specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, family practice, gastroenterology, general surgery, internal medicine, neurology, OBGYN, ophthalmology, optometry, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, pediatrics, rheumatology, urology, podiatry, and chiropractic care.
