I monitored and assessed terrorist activities in Europe and Eurasia for The Secretary and senior policymakers. I monitored and assessed the intentions and capabilities of terrorist groups worldwide that sought chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive (CBRNE) weapons. I participated in a special diplomatic mission to Iraq, March/April 2004 and received the Superior Honor Award for Dedication to Duty.

I was a technical expert and advisor to the staff of the 338th Military Intelligence Company, 94th Army Reserve Support Command, that developed the U.S. Army Reserve Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (RDSDC). I provided technical oversight and guidance to course leaders, instructors and role players and drafted realistic operations scenarios relevant to the unit's human intelligence (HUMINT) collection mission. The course quickly received full TRADOC approval, enabling our unit to convert our Interrogators to Strategic Debriefers as required by our wartime intelligence mission.
