An Australian living in the US since 2001, I am a psychologist with international experience as a consultant and professional speaker.

My expertise is principled leadership in business and organizations. I work with senior executives, management teams and entrepreneurs to address the people issues that make the most difference to their success. The paybacks for my clients regularly have broad strategic impact and exceed millions of dollars.

I studied at the Royal Military College of Australia, (MUR), University of Melbourne, and Northwestern University, (Kellogg Business School). I have degrees in economics and psychology, graduated my master's program with honors, and qualified as a psychologist in Australia.

Before FGRAssociates I was responsible for global Organization Effectiveness outcomes for a 100,000+ employee organization. My professional experience includes senior management roles in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Development and Human Resources.

My roles have taken me around the world and I have lived or worked on major projects on every continent, and with numerous Fortune 500 and other international organizations.

Recent accomplishments include:

• Coaching and guiding over 200 senior executives in leadership and influence skills.
• Delivering numerous well-received presentations at conferences and private events as a professional speaker.
• Specific performance management and employee engagement projects.
