Since I took a Master Degree in Human Resources and Organisations Management (Fondazione ISTUD, Italy), I started a career in the HR field. I've been a intern at Busines Objects Italia HR Dept. as a generalist, with a project work focused on analysing the Performance Evaluation Process results and develop the proper Training and Development solutions.
At present, I'm intern in the Adecco Italia Sales & Marketing Business Line, working primarily on recruitment and selection of sales people.
In my future I see a brilliant career... :-)
