David is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Third Ave Labs, the company behind the iPhone app recommendation service Apptizr.
Before Third Ave Labs, David was the Co-Founder and CEO of Mill River Labs, an angel backed startup which developed TradeVibes and Mogees, David was responsible for the over all strategy and operations of the company.
Prior to Mill River Labs, David was the Sr. Director of Product Management for PayPal, responsible for team product strategy, planning, roadmap, and execution.
Prior to PayPal, David consulted for various Internet companies & global fortune 500 companies focusing on marketing strategy. He has over a decade of marketing experience first as a consultant for Mercer Management Consulting and later as an independent consultant. His experiences include developing marketing strategies for companies like AOL, Netscape, Citibank, Kiva, and eBay.
David received his MBA from the Stanford GSB and a BA in Economics with Honors & Distinction from Stanford University.

David managed the Global Risk & Operations team, which was responsible for products enabling PayPal's industry leading fraud/risk management and financial & customer service operations.
