Writing and modifying software applications and web sites using VB6 and ASP3. This was a great experience that gave me experience of software development in the standards-free, seat-of-your-pants jungle that qualifies as the real world.
BSc (Hons), IT for Business, 1997 — 2001
The course comprised approximately two thirds computer science and one third business. I took to the computer stuff most easily, but it's the grounding in business studies that has proven most useful -- and interesting -- since.
