I am a Technology Architect with a focus on web applications including the infrastructure and resources to support them. I explore my client’s business strategy and define the information technology architecture to efficiently support that strategy.
I partner with my clients, and I develop an understanding of their business, needs, and vision, enabling me to produce solutions that are robust, extensible and scalable. By aligning the business vision with technology solutions, I deliver innovative and elegant solutions which support the success of the business. Because I speak the language of the business manager and the language of the technologist, I can eliminate the tension that often develops, and increase the understanding and communication of both sides.
Working closely with my clients, I explore their business, learning everything I can, and collaborating with them to develop solutions, which inspires and excites the client with the benefits that a well developed technology architecture can bring to their business.
I am interested in long term relationships with clients, supporting and driving their technology architecture, ensuring the right solutions are implemented, and becoming an invaluable trusted asset. Additionally, my hands-on approach reinforces my knowledge of my client's business, as well as the technology being integrated and developed.
My clients trust that I will provide them with the answers and solutions they need, not just the answers they want, even if it is an unpleasant truth. I suggest non-technology solutions as much as technology solutions and I will often tell my clients why we don't need to spend 'that' dollar. By putting myself on the side of the executive/owner rather than the technology solution, I become a trusted asset and resource.
