With over 21 years of experience in the IT industry, and a formal education in computer science, my areas of expertise are IT Service, Technology and Project Management. I have been consulting in the areas of IT management, operations and technology implementations since 2000. I have consulted to some of Canada’s largest companies in various industries including Telecommunications, Internet Service Providers, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Government and Health Care.

I have training and certifications in industry best practices and standards such as ITIL, CobiT, ISO 20000 and Project Management. I have also worked with various technologies such as HP OpenView, BMC, and Remedy just to name a few.

Formerly, I was Practice Principal at Integritas Solutions and IT Management Solution Architect for HP Consulting Services. Prior to my consulting career I was a Project Manager, and lead a team of Project Analysts, for a North American transportation company. I started my career in 1988 in government and assumed such roles as application programmer, systems programmer and systems/network administrator.
